This was part of a fun series of themed promos (done in the '90s), designed to keep kids entertained so their parents could eat their own damn pancakes in peace. I didn't do the comic illustration, just the high-level concepting and copy.

Client: Carrows Restaurants
Agency: Kelston International, Irvine, Calif.
Project: Produce four kids activity kits with Universal Studios ride themes.
Scope of Work: Concepting activities, researching info (yes, I had to visit the theme park and ride rides), creating games, writing comics, jokes, instructions. Included kits themed to ET, Back to the Future, Hollywood Cowpokes, and Animal Actors' Stage

Project: Kids Activity Booklets for IHOP Restaurants
Client: International House of Pancakes/Kelston International (Agency)
Scope of Work: Reinforce IHOP brand with six different IHOP Kids/Kids Can Do! themed booklets. Included concepting themes, creating mazes, puzzles, games, activities, and writing copy, comics, and jokes (seriously!)
